1. Argan oil and banana mask
Hydrates and protects damaged hair.
– 1 banana (ripe)
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 5 tablespoons of pure argan oil (white)
Mix the banana (chopped), egg, honey and milk in a bowl and then in a blender. Blend the mixture and gradually add the argan oil (per tablespoon) to the mixture. Stop blending once you have a smooth mixture without any lumps.
Apply the mixture to your hair and spread with a big brush. Leave it in for about 30 minutes, but the more damaged your hair the longer you should leave it in. Rinse your hair with cold water.
2. Honey and yoghurt mask
Nurtures dry and frizzy hair.
– 125 ml of honey
– 125 ml of yoghurt
– 1 tablespoon of almond oil
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly over your hair. Massage it in your hair and leave it in for 20 minutes. Wash your hair with shampoo afterwards.
3. Egg and olive oil mask
Nurtures and softens damaged hair. Gives it a nice shine.
– 2 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Whisk the ingredients in a bowl till they become a foam-like mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly over your hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic foil (cling film) and leave it in for 20 minutes. Wash your hair afterwards with a mild shampoo; use lukewarm water.
